How to order your training

1. Use the information about the categories and courses to choose the course(s) you want.

If you need to talk with someone about what you need from training, phone us during normal office hours (Mon-Fri) on 01745 828440. Alternatively you can eMail us on training@theitc.co.uk.

2. Select the course(s) you want by clicking on the ‘Add to your courses’ button below the course description. The shopping basket area (see this at the top of the column to the right) will show the number of courses in your basket and the running total cost.

3. Click on the Checkout button, inside the shopping basket area. You will then need to fill in a Billing Details form.

NB We do not share your personal details with any other company: check our privacy policy for details of how we use your personal information.

4. Continue to the Confirmation page, where you can change details if you need to. Check the courses in the shopping basket and that you are happy with all the personal details you have entered. You are almost ready to continue.

The yellow information box below your details asks you to read and accept our Terms and Conditions. Please note that, in compliance with the Distance Selling Regulations, until you check the box to state that you accept these, you will not be able to proceed any further.

5. Click on the ‘Continue’ button to go to the secure payment page.

6. The Payment page asks only for your card details: please make sure that you are entitled to use the card, and that the card is valid.

When all the details are entered, click on the ‘Pay and Confirm’ button to go to the Complete page.

Please note that processing your payment can take a minute or two at busy times: do not click the ‘pay’ button more than once.

7. Once your order is submitted, all the information is sent directly to us from the website. We then set up a user account for you. We will send your username and password by eMail within two working days of receiving your order and will also supply you with full instructions on how to access your training course.

If you have not received these details within 2 working days of your order, please contact us, either by phone on 01745 828440 or by eMail at training@theitc.co.uk.
