Some questions that crop up from time to time
Q: I think I entered the wrong email address during the order process.
A: Please call us on 01745 828440
Q: My training course won't start.
A: Which browser are you using? Unfortunately, for technical reasons, the courses and your progress reports etc only work in Internet Explorer.
Q: Where is my password?
A: When you order a course, we set up your user account with a username and password: we then email these details to you using the email address you have given us. If you have not received your username and password within 2 working days (Monday -Friday), please phone us on 01745 828440.
Q: I have forgotten my password.
A: Call us on 01745 828440, during normal office hours, or send us an email to training@theitc.co.uk and we'll take it from there.
Q: Can I access the course from any computer?
A: Yes, as long as it has access to the internet and an up to date version of Internet Explorer.
Q: How long can I access my course for? And at what times?
A: You can access the course for 1 year. Courses are available 24/7.
Q: I have accessed the course but do not want it anymore. Can I get a refund?
A: No. In line with the Distance Selling Regulations, once an on-line service has been used, the purchase cannot be cancelled.
